Who we are
This shop was built around a simple idea: most people do not want a service adviser, they want a mechanic who will tell them the truth. Owner-operated means the person responsible for the work is the person in the bay, so nothing gets lost in translation between what was found and what you were told.
Over 25+ years in the trade, we have worked on nearly everything that drives through Prescott: commuters, family SUVs, lifted 4WDs, ranch trucks, diesel pickups and local business fleets. That range is deliberate. A household with one car and one work truck should not need two shops.

Diagnose before quoting
We identify the actual failure with testing, not by reading a code and guessing at the part it mentions.

Explain it in plain language
You get told what failed, why it failed, and what happens if it waits.

Quote, then repair
Nothing is replaced without your approval. There is no printed upsell list attached to an oil change.

Repair less when repair is enough
Our in-house brake lathe is the clearest example: if a rotor measures within spec, we resurface it instead of selling a new one.

What we do not do
Tires and wheel alignments. We say it on every page because it saves everyone a wasted trip. If a repair leaves your vehicle needing an alignment, we will tell you so you can book it before the new parts wear unevenly.
